Its contest time! Not only have I exceeded 1000 subscribers on my YT channel but I'm also celebrating my 1 year anniversary on YT! And its all thanks to you, my subscribers!
This contest is open to everyone regardless of where you live or how old you are all you have to do is be a subscriber of my YT channel and/or my blog (via email) and follow the rules.
How to Enter and The Rules:
1. You MUST be a subscriber to my YT channel. If for some reason you do not have a YT account and cannot sign up for one (its FREE to sign up) but you are a subscriber to my blog then you can still enter, just follow the rules for the NON-video maker entry process (I will verify all entries to be sure you are a subscriber).
2. You must make a video, either live or picture slideshow and in tutorial format. I want to see how you accomplished your look and that you in fact did the look yourself.
3. Only ONE video will be accepted so keep it to the 10 minute limit.
4. The look must be based on your favorite band/artist/musician. Any type of music, from any era. It can be based on a specific artist or a band, or one of their songs or videos. It can be inspired or exact, ie: a Kiss inspired look or exact Kiss makeup.
5. You must tell me who the band/artist/musician is and if your look is inspired by or an exact look. Also tell me your favorite song by the band/artist/musician who your look is based on.
6. You MUST list ALL products used to create your look in the video side bar, no exceptions.
7. Open to us and international subscribers.
8. Open to all ages but if you are under the age of 18 you MUST have your parent's permission.
9. If you do not make videos then you can still enter. Leave a comment on the contest video (or here if you don't have YT account) telling me who your favorite band/artist/musician is, what look you would do if you could, why are they your favorite band/artist/musician and what your favorite song of theirs is. This is only if you DO NOT make videos at all.
10. Contest starts August 1st and end August 24th at 10pm Pacific Time.
11. If you do not follow all of the rules then your entry will not be accepted. I approve all comments and video responses so anyone who enters but doesn't follow the rules will be disqualified.
I will be posting a separate video and blog post with the prizes but until then here is a list of the sponsors to give you and idea of what you might win. (in alphabetical order)
